Overview

StrideFollow helps small businesses track quote and proposal follow-ups. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to you.

Information We Collect

We collect account information such as your name, business name, email address, login details, settings, subscription status, and connected mailbox information if you choose to connect Gmail.

We also store lead information you add or confirm, including client names, email addresses, phone numbers, quote amounts, message snippets, follow-up status, and follow-up history.

Gmail Data

If you connect Gmail, StrideFollow uses Gmail access to find quote-like sent messages, create lead candidates for your review, send follow-up emails you enable, and detect client replies so follow-ups can stop.

We store the lead and follow-up details needed to provide StrideFollow, such as client email addresses, quote snippets, quote amounts when detected, and message status. We do not sell Gmail data. We do not use Gmail data for advertising.

StrideFollow's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Except as otherwise permitted by that policy, StrideFollow does not transfer Gmail data to third parties, does not use Gmail data to serve advertisements, and does not allow any human to read Gmail data unless: (a) we have your affirmative agreement for a specific message, in order to investigate a bug or support issue you reported; (b) it's necessary for security purposes, such as investigating abuse; (c) it's required to comply with applicable law; or (d) the use is limited to internal operations and the data has been aggregated or anonymized.

How We Use Information

We use information to provide the product, authenticate users, schedule follow-ups, detect replies, show dashboards, process billing, prevent abuse, debug issues, and communicate service-related updates.

Service Providers

We use third-party providers to operate the service, including hosting, authentication, database storage, email/mailbox integrations, payments, and optional SMS or email delivery. These providers process information only as needed to support StrideFollow.

Data Retention and Deletion

We keep account, lead, billing, and follow-up records while your account is active or as needed to operate the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings, or by contacting us. Deleting your account cancels any active subscription, disconnects Gmail, and removes your leads, follow-up history, and uploaded files.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect information. However, no online service can guarantee perfect security.

Your Choices

You can update account settings in the app, disconnect Gmail from Settings, revoke Google access from your Google Account, delete your account from Settings, and request deletion or export of your data.
