Agreement
These Terms govern your use of StrideFollow. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
The Service
StrideFollow provides software for tracking quote and proposal follow-ups, detecting lead candidates from connected inboxes, sending follow-up messages, and stopping sequences when clients reply.
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining access to your account, keeping credentials secure, and ensuring the information you provide is accurate. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Acceptable Use
You may not use StrideFollow to send spam, unlawful messages, misleading content, or messages without proper consent. You are responsible for complying with laws that apply to your business, including email, SMS, privacy, and consumer protection laws.
Third-Party Services
StrideFollow integrates with third-party services such as Google, Stripe, Supabase, and optional communication providers. Your use of those services may also be governed by their own terms and policies.
Billing
Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Subscription fees, billing intervals, discounts, taxes, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are shown during checkout or in the customer portal. You can manage billing from the Billing page in your account.
No Guaranteed Results
StrideFollow helps automate follow-up workflows, but we do not guarantee any specific sales result, client response, revenue outcome, deliverability result, or recovered revenue amount.
Service Changes
We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service as the product evolves. We may also update these Terms by posting a revised version.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, StrideFollow is provided as is and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.
